As Courellas' is a very special plot of land where the best olive trees in Mouchão are planted, some of them dated 1901. The olives are handpicked and arrive at the olive press within two hours of picking. After the mechanical cold extraction, the oil is decanted into stainless-steel vats and allowed to rest for 4 to 6 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Straw colour and citrus, very fresh in the nose, exuberant notes of green apples, almonds, grass. Ripe, spicy, persistent, features a delicious slightly bitter end.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.

It is a versatile olive oil that goes very well with dishes from salads to fish cod and more elaborate food.
