Total destemming, crushing, and extended maceration for 5 days with fermentation temperature maintained at around 26ºC. Aged for 3 months in oak.

Garnet colour. Fruity with woody notes aroma.
Fruity, harmoniously combined with woody notes in the palate. Smooth and lingering aftertaste.

Must be served at 16ºC.
