The base wine is fermented at low temperatures to bring out its full aromatic potential. After the dealcoholisation process, the beverage is prepared with natural passion fruit flavouring, which enhances the aromatic and fruity profile of this drink.

Crystal clear yellow colour with a bright and irresistible appearance. A very aromatic drink, with a slightly crisp and fruity profile, highlighting exotic and intense notes of passion fruit. A light, delicious and fruity profile, with a finish intensely marked by the freshness of passion fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 7-10ºC. Store in a cool, dark place, away from light.
Food Pairing:
Ideal when paired with white fish ceviche with lime and cilantro; shrimp and mango salad; toast with avocado and a drizzle of passion fruit; and chia pudding with coconut and passion fruit topping.
