Winemaking:
Grapes selection at the entrance of the cellar. Total stripping and direct pressing of the white grapes. Around 80% of the must was fermented and storaged in new and 2nd year oak barrels (french and hungarian) with battonage for 6 months.

Gouveio,Viosinho,Rabigato,Fernão Pires
Tasting Notes:
A very nice citrus colour. The nose shows a fine balance between tropical and citric fruit with mineral notes. The mouth is fat and alive with floral notes. The palate ends in a long, persistent and fresh final.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage at a dark and cool place (12 a 14ºC), in horizontal position and no vibration. You may keep it for 3 or 4 years. Serve at a temperature of 12/14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
