Product details
The grapes that make up this wine are of the Touriga Nacional and Rabigato varieties (10%). The vinification, preceded by thermal correction of the grapes, involved total destemming and short maceration of both red and white grapes. Fermentation took place at controlled temperatures between 14 and 16ºC in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
It presents itself as clear, bright, and ruby red in colour, suggesting it's best enjoyed in the summer. Lively and very fresh, it's youthful, with a harmonious burst of primary grape aromas that combine with hints of wild berries. On the palate, it has balanced acidity and smooth tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at around 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with grilled white meats, poultry, baked fish, oysters, bread soups, mushrooms, and cheese dishes.
