Winemaking:
Total destemming. 8 days of fermentation with temperature control and 6 days of maceration. Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd year.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. A very complex aroma with notes of wood, coffee, liquorice, sweet blackberry and peppermint. Velvet texture, deep, with multiple hues to reveal in the mouth but with a deep elegance.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with roasted meat and cheese's.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
