Vinification according to the traditional method of "Moscatel do Douro", produced in this region. Fermentation with skin maceration took place under controlled temperature and was stopped by the addition of wine spirit. Wine from a single harvest, from 1994, aged in large oak vats.

Tasting Notes:
Bright golden colour. Nose marked by the aromas of tangerine and candied orange, combined with aromas of honey and dried apricot. In the mouth it is unctuous, with a characteristic sweetness of the variety, combined with an aggravating and enveloping freshness. Finishes complex and with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it chilled, at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, pairing well with dried fruits, some types of smoked, cured cheeses. It is also an excellent accompaniment to sweet convent desserts and fruit tarts.
