The grapes are harvested by variety and plots in 20kg boxes. After being fully destemmed, they are crushed. The must is then gently pressed and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. It ferments at 15/16º in stainless steel vats, in order to enhance primary aromas, for about 3 weeks.

Alvarinho,Viosinho,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
Clear citrus colour, fruity and mineral aroma. In the mouth, very gastronomic, with citrus notes. Very fresh and mineral aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10/12ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Due to the organoleptic characteristics, a very positive bottle aging is expected over 4 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to drink with grilled fish, seafood, or even with sushi and sashimi.
