On the nose is fruity and concentrated with notes of blackcurrant, strawberry, a touch of chocolate and tea. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a pleasant small touch of chocolate, a hint of black tea, cardamom and pepper. Tannins are slightly dry. Long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with game dishes, red meat baked in the oven or strong cheeses.
