Winemaking:
Stepping in granite tanks with controlled fermentation temperature. Part of the malolactic fermentation and all the aging in French oak barrels, (used and new), for 18 months.

On the nose is fruity and concentrated with notes of blackcurrant, strawberry, a touch of chocolate and tea. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a pleasant small touch of chocolate, a hint of black tea, cardamom and pepper. Tannins are slightly dry. Long aftertaste.

Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with game dishes, red meat baked in the oven or strong cheeses.
