Vinified with temperature control in stainless steel vats. A short maceration followed fermentation. The wine was matured for 20 months in new French oak barrels and bottled after a slight fining with egg whites.

Tasting Notes:
The palate is fleshy and we seem to eat a bar of chocolate that is so compact. It is a wine that costs to cut, thick flavour of ripe fruit and a residue of spirits underneath, mixed with toasted wood. Knows in the end the dark half sweet jam. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 18º C.

Enjoy it with red meat, game and cheese.
