Controlled temperature fermentation with light maceration. Aging in stainless steel vats for 9 months, with “bâtonnage” of fine lees.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Rosé colour. Excellent aromatic freshness, with floral and wild fruit notes. Surrounding and balanced, with good minerality and texture. Fresh and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 to 10º C.
Food Pairing:
It goes especially well with lobster, smoked salmon, camembert and brie.
