Selection of cut grapes and transported directly to the winery. Winemaking with crushing and stalk removal. Fermentation in controlled temperature in an open mill. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
A perfect blend, bright and young red fruit. The floral and fresh character stands out, which in combination with sweet aromas that result from a short period of aging in wood, gives it some complexity and harmony. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing a good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the region is very present in the freshness of the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at temperature 16-18ºC.

Perfect to pair with red meat dishes, roast poultry and cheese.
