The grapes were harvested at the end of November, with about 70% of the botrytis bunches and 30% raisin. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. The ageing takes place in new French oak barrels for 6 months.

A clean, bright wine of light golden colour. Delicate aroma with notes of honey and orange in combination with nuances of vanilla and toasted aromas from the barrel stage. In the mouth excels by the voluminous freshness with a less obvious sweetness and a prolonged end of mouth and persistent acidity.

Should be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C .

Excellent aperitif, goes well with foie gras, soft cheese and sweet desserts.
