Winemaking:
Ports from a single harvest are aged in wood for a minimum of seven years, giving rise to wines with a golden colour, aromas and flavours that evolve over the time they are aged in wood, giving rise to different complexities.

Brown colour with golden nuances. Aroma of excellent intensity and complexity, notes of dried fruit, hints of waxed wood, spices such as pepper and ginger, slightly balsamic cedar and tobacco box and some red fruit. On the palate it has a lively attack with spicy notes, dried fruit and some red fruit and a long, extremely complex finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain upright. Being a natural product, Port wine is subject to deposit formation with age. Once opened, it should be consumed within 4 to 6 months. Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
Slightly fresh, it expresses all its delicacy and sophistication when paired with desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger compote, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and medium-intensity cheeses. Despite its age, its freshness remains. An extraordinary pairing with a refreshing mandarin parfait.
