This Port wine was produced by the traditional method. After manual harvesting, the grapes were partially destemmed and crushed in the lagar where a slight maceration occurs before alcoholic fermentation. The fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy at the ideal moment determined by the winemaker. This results in fortified wine that ages in oak casks in the Douro. During its aging, it is racked and various corrections are made. This Colheita is filtered before bottling in Gaia.

Tasting Notes:
Bright and brick-colored with golden hints. Aromas of dried fruits with notes of quince jelly. On the palate, it is fresh, sweet, and has hints of ripe plum jam.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle in a dark and cool place, with constant temperature, preferably between 12ºC and 15ºC. Once opened, store for 4 to 5 weeks.
Food Pairing:
Suitable to pair with desserts with caramel, tarte tatin, crème brûlée, and medium-intensity cheeses.
