Portuguese Water: Much More Than Hydration

Portuguese Water: Much More Than Hydration

Portugal is a country of great geological diversity, a natural richness reflected in its mineral waters. Much more than a source of hydration, Portuguese water stands out for its variety of origins, mineral composition and the unique characteristics of each spring. The presence of different minerals, such as calcium, magnesium and bicarbonates, contributes to distinct profiles, making each water a unique experience.

From still natural mineral waters, known for their light and delicate character, to sparkling waters with their distinctive effervescence, there are options to suit different preferences and occasions. Naturally carbonated waters stand out for their naturally occurring carbon dioxide, which gives them their distinctive bubbles and refreshing sensation, while still waters are a versatile choice for everyday enjoyment and to accompany any meal.

Choosing Portuguese water also means appreciating the natural richness of our country, the diversity of its springs and the proximity of local producers. Mineral composition varies from one water to another, allowing you to discover different characteristics and choose according to your personal preferences and the occasion. Water also contributes to the normal functioning of the body and is essential for maintaining good hydration throughout the day.

Among the new additions to our selection, we are delighted to introduce Alardo. Sourced from the Serra da Gardunha, near the historic village of Castelo Novo, this water stands out for its light character, purity and low mineral content. It also has a low sodium content and a pH close to neutral.

Whether you prefer the simplicity of still water or the refreshing character of sparkling water, explore our selection and discover everything Portuguese mineral waters have to offer.
