Young vineyard with about 13 years old. Total destemming and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures around 15ºC for 20 days.
Medium concentrated ruby colour. Red fruit notes and a certain mineral profile, which gives it freshness. Consistent wine, with regular quality, which defines the character of the region. Lightly structured, with smooth tannins and vibrant fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC. You can keep the wine from 3 to 5 years.
Enjoy with well flavored dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
