Grapes are harvested by hand, for boxes of 20 kg, at their ideal point of maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After soft crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

Produced from a rigorous choice of aged red kernels, it has a fragrant bouquet of ripe fruit combined with notes of honey and figs. Its soft, silky texture and the subtle nuances of wood are balanced by a fresh acidity, culminating with a sweet, elegant and long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Serve slightly chilled with créme-brulê, macadamia and vanilla ice-creams, apple pie. Also very exquisite with foie-gras.
