Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with great maturity criteria and grapes carefully selected. maceration and fermentation with control temperature in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration followed of malolactic fermentation. Minimum age 4 years before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
