Hand picked grapes to small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediately crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning in a controlled temperature of about 23°C. Extended maceration and malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months ageing in French and American oak.
Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Bastardo
Very concentrated grenadine color with black fruits aroma, spice and a balsamic hint balanced by the 12 months ageing in french oak. In the mouth is full and fruity with velvety tannins and a long flavorsome finish. Long and full, whose aging gave the wine more complexity and balance.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Accompanies game dishes, such as boar, rabbit and hare.
