86 points - H H Malmsey Full Rich 3 years Madeira

The non-vintage Full Rich 3-Year-Old is a blend of 90% Tinta Negra Mole and 10% Malmsey. The temperatures are allowed to rise to 45 degrees Celsius before being allowed to cool over 90 days, before it is aged in oak for three years. It has a creamy nose of creme brulee, nougat and almond paste. The palate is sweet and toffee-ish on the entry with good acidity. That 10% Malmsey certainly lends this Madeira lusciousness towards the finish, which would benefit from a little more delineation.
