These grapes are a lot of the best white grapes of various plots. The grapes were completely destemmed and gently crushed for small stainless mills. After maceration in the cold for 24 hours, the fermentation was started at a controlled temperature of 23ºC with soft bounces, to make a good extraction of the grapes, preserving all the aromas and flavors. Staging in small stainless steel tanks and 12 months in bottle.
