Winemaking:
The grapes were completely stalked and softly crushed for stainless steel tanks. After cold maceration for 24 hours, the fermentation was started at a controlled temperature of 23ºC, with a gentle remount, for a good extraction of the grapes, preserving all the aromas and flavors.

Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Touriga Nacional

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
