The grapes were handpicked at the ideal maturation timing in order to generate higher aromatic and poliphenolical concentrations. Vinification was carried out in mills with treading followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats allowing the quality components from the mature grapes skin to pass softly to the wine. After malolactic fermentation the wine matured in French oak barrels - Taransaud and François Frères - 300 liters for 10 months.
Intense and deep Purple Color, very different and complex aromas where it dominates the floral and fruity character.
