Traditional winemaking process with fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 28ºC (82.4ºF). Maceration was intense and prolonged. The wine ages in vats and was stabilized and filtered over the course of one year.

Crystal clear wine, with a garnet colour, aroma or ripe fruit, mellow and medium bodied on the palate.

Should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
