Pressing with total destemming, followed by cooling and decanting at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean wort took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness.
Cerceal, Bical, Encruzado
Yellowish-green color. Aromas with tropical, floral and citric notes. In the mouth it has a good acidity and a refreshing finish.
