Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5 day fermentation with controlled temperatures at 23ºC. Soft maceration. After fermentation the wine aged for 3 months in american oak barrels.
Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz
Bright ruby colour. Aroma of raspberry and cassis. Red fruits, medium-bodied with refined tannins. Very smooth and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.
