Total destemming. Slight crushing followed by gentle pressing. Static defecation for 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Batonnage and maturation on fine lees. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 6 months, during which batonnage was performed.
Malvasia Fina, Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Gouveio
Citrus color. Fruity with fresh fruits and citrus, combined with floral notes aromas. Intense and attractive, followed by an elegant freshness, ending with a medium and creamy finish.

Should be drink around 8-10ºC.
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
