Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC.
Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Aragonêz
Bright ruby colour. Young, direct and smooth wine, confirms the fruit aroma. Great balance between fruit, acidity and tannins (elegant and well-shaped). Very smooth and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.
