Winemaking:
Classic, slow and controlled fermentation followed by a fermentation purpose in new barrels of French "Allier" oak contributed to the excellent integration of the aromas and flavours of the grape and the wood. The subsequent prolonged maturation in the same barrels guaranteed a complexity of complementary palate.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Food Pairing:
Especially recommended served with grilled red meats and stuffed poultry.
