Winemaking:

The crushed grapes are then placed in the fermentation vats, remaining under maceration for a few days at controlled temperature, to extract the best constituents of the films to the maximum. In the ideal moment the fermentation is interrupted with the addition of wine spirit resulting in a naturally sweet wine.
