Manual harvest by grape variety. Slight crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static clarification, fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel followed by stage on fine lees until the end of February. Formation of the lot. Slight filtration and cold stabilization prior to bottling.
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca
Bright salmon color. A fine aroma, with good intensity, to remember aromas of flowers and red fruits like gooseberry and cherry. Dry, delicately creamy palate with fine acidity that gives it balance and freshness. Good structure and mouth aroma to remember red fruits. Persistent end and personality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Can be stored up to 2020. Should be served at 10-12ºC.
Will go perfectly as an apperitif or with Italian food or shellfish.
