A mature dry red wine made from Petit Verdot Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. With decent fruit and smooth tannins, it is a wine to drink every day especially with food.

Winemaking:
Hand picked, destemmed and fermented for three weeks in tubs of 1000L with manual press down,until fermentation complete. Hand pressed in basket press. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 4 years, with 3 rackings before bottling. No oak or additives used, just sulphite in low levels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
