Pre-fermentative maceration for 36 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature between 24 and 26ºC. Stage for 8 months in new French oak barrels, followed by stage in bottle for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Aroma complex, evident wood of good qualities, but well-married, ripe red fruits. Palate with notes of jam and toasted notes at the end, all in an excellent balance. Complex and elegant finish.
