Winemaking:
The grape varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with American oak wood, temperature controlled between 24º and 26º, daily reruns, decreasing of intensity throughout the winemaking in order to extract the fruity aromas and the colour desired for this wine. The blend was created just after malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a ruby colour with violet nuances, evidencing the liveliness of a young wine. In the nose the notes of red fruit, some floral and toasted notes stand out, giving a profile with complexity and remarkable exuberance. In the mouth is the fruity profile, present tannins, presenting a freshness and balanced acidity. It has volume and body in an elegant and attractive set with soft and well-tanned tannins. Long, persistent and greedy end of mouth.

Serve at 12-14ºC.

A little black currant and blackberry in the scent. Relatively concentrated wine with great fruitiness and soft berry sweetness, backed by a good portion of alcohol and slightly rounded tannins. 87/100
