Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 25º to 28º, without addition of yeasts. Staging for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant nose of mineral character, with notes of blackberries, dark chocolate and some vegetable suggestions to give freshness. In the mouth it enters bulky with very fine tannins and silky texture. At the end it shows some tension to give freshness and prolong the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
During storage in the bottle, it should be kept horizontally, in the dark, at a constant, moderate temperature. We suggest that this wine be served at a temperature of 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great accompanying red meat dishes and game, roasts and stews.
