Elaborated exclusively with grapes of red varieties, produced in the Vinhos Verdes region by the open spout method. A gentle crushing and pressing allows the extraction and selection of a lightly rosé wort that is clarified until the desired degree of clarity is obtained, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC-16ºC. After fermentation a maturation of about 2 months allows this wine to reach the quality necessary for its bottling which is preceded by a glue, cold treatment and sterilizing filtration.

Rose-colored raspberry wine with slight gas release that enhances the aromas of red fruits (strawberries) and tropical fruits (bananas). To the mouth it presents a live and fresh attack of intense and balanced flavor, sensation of lightness and freshness with a very elegant end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8-10ºC.
Pair with white meats or salads.
