After skin contact and pressing, it was fermented in new French oak barrels at 20 °C for 18 days. After fermentation, the wine aged in new oak barrels for 6 months with bâtonnage which gave it great volume and complexity in the aroma and flavour.

Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow citrus colour. Rich and delicate aroma, white and yellow fruits that combined perfectly with the toasted notes of the barrel. In the mouth the minerality, freshness and elegance of the white fruit combine perfectly with the buttery and vanilla flavours. On the whole it shows remarkable volume and persistence with great potential for evolution.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.

Ideally suited to grilled or oven fish. Also perfect with strong cheeses.
