Winemaking:
This muscatel was the result of a careful selection of grapes, at its optimum point of maturation, where the acid / sweet balance is sought, which gives the muscatel of Setúbal different characteristics. After a short fermentation, interrupted by the addition of selected and certified wine distillate, it remains in contact until the end of March. It was then pressed, evolving a total of 18 months until bottling.
