Tasting Notes:
Salmon pink colour. Floral notes, red fruits, some vegetal notes and excellent minerality. Fresh wine, velvety texture, with some lightness, volume and fruit present.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
