Winemaking:
Destemming and crushing, pre-fermentation skin maceration at around 20ºC. Ethanol fermentation for 15 days with the fermentation temperature maintained at around 15ºC.

Bright pinkish hue. Intensely fruity aroma, with hints of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Fruity, fresh and delicate taste.
