Winemaking:
The grapes, from previously selected fields, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the winery. They were later destemmed and pressed. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8 ° C for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards the alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures of 14º C during a period of 30 days. Aging for 3 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus coloured wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. It begins in the mouth test in a captivating way, evolving to a balanced wine, of volume and average structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. A seductive wine, which ends fresh and with a pleasant persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
