Total de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature of 26/27ºC, followed by a maceration period of 2 weeks. Part of the blend was aged for 6 months in French 225 liters oak barrels ( 2 and 3 years old) followed by 3 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Colour ruby red with purple hues. Intense ripe red fruit aromas with raspberry and cherry notes, combined with spice notes. Smooth and well balanced with a long finish.

Serving temperature 16 - 18ºC.

Best accompanied with grilled or roasted meats.
