Winemaking:
Manual harvest very selective in 20kg boxes. Transport to the winery in refrigerated trucks. The bunches are carefully selected in a sorting table. Sangria 55% and 45% direct press.

Castelão,Trincadeira,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
Light salmon colour. It features a creamy texture on the palate. It's balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is an excellent wine to be served as an aperitif or to drink with a barbecue in the summer.
