Stainless steel vats. Grapes must not destemmed. 1 day pre-fermentative maceration and 2 days fermentation. it is aged in wooden casks of around 600 litres for 4 years before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
This amazing Ruby Reserve is characterized by its softness, with a perceived fruity character. Blended from reserve wines selected for their intense fruity character and deep colour. The aging in bottle can slightly improve the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
it forms an excellent accompaniment for simple and classic desserts but it also can be enjoyed on its own, slightly chilled, as an aperitif.

Very structured wine, ripe with its plum jelly flavors given shape by tannins and acidity. The wine is full in the mouth allowing an attractive edge of tannins at the end.
