Hand harvest in 12kg boxes. At the winery the grapes were selected on a vibrating sorting table. Fermentation took place in wooden vats at a temperature of 24º C.

A deep ruby colour with an aroma of green tobacco leaves, minerality and spicy notes from aging in the barrel. Firm and silky tannins. A structured, elegant wine with a specific taste and persistent, long end.

Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
