Destemmed and crushed, 12 hours pre-fermentation maceration; cold static clarification for 48 hours; selective yeast with temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (16-18ºC). Final third stage fermented in 300L French oak barrels (4 and 5 year old barrels); fermented with skin contact: bâtonnage for 9 months.

Lemon yellow core with hints of green flecks colour. Extraordinarily intense, complex, with mineral notes of grapefruit and notes of well integrated and high quality oak. Surprisingly wide, full of volume, concentration and with a good acidity. The result is an elegant, fresh and well balanced profile. Very long and lingering finish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
