Winemaking:
Manual harvest and transport in 25kg small boxes. Fermentation with traditional foot treading in open “lagar”. Aged 8 months in French and American oak barrels.

Dark colour. A very complex aroma of ripe fruits, toasty and vanilla. Full and long palate with soft tanins balanced with a nice acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with smoked and cured meats, red meats, soft and cured cheeses.
