Stalk the 50% tanning mill in traditional foot treading. Ageing for 42 months in oak casks for 12 months in French oak casks and five months in bottle.

Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.

Jam, tobacco, coffee, apricot, figs and almonds, a full style. In the mouth shows weight and softness, light tannins giving character, bulky body, spicy, good length.
