Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermentation in stainless steel vat and stage in bottle. Matured for 6 years in cellar after the second fermentation.

It is extremely delicate in aroma and flavour, dominated by notes of wild flowers, a touch of biscuit, fat and creamy, but also very stylish, sleek, sophisticated and full of a whole personality.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
